The Three Foundations

Human movement operates in kinetic chain patterns. If the foundations are compromised, other joints must compensate, leading to chronic tension and movement limitations. We rebuild control starting with these three pillars.

1. The Feet

Your contact foundation. Stiff arches or restricted foot joints force the knees, pelvis, and lower back to absorb aberrant ground forces, creating performance limits and chronic joint strain.

2. The Core

The pressure cylinder. We address core control by managing intra-abdominal pressure to support structural loading, stabilizing force transfer between the hips and shoulders.

3. The Ribcage

The center of breath mechanics. A flared or locked ribcage limits diaphragm movement, triggering chest-breathing stress, restricting shoulder rotation, and stressing the neck.
